Discover the Malbec gîte, a warm haven where the old exposed vats of the vast living room and a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare delicious meals welcome you.
A mezzanine TV area offers the possibility of sleeping two people thanks to its sofa bed. The bedroom nestled in the old wine tank is equipped with a 160x200 double bed, while the bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with three 90x200 twin beds awaits you. All beds are equipped with quality bedding for optimal comfort.
As a bonus, air conditioning located above the staircase ensures optimal comfort in the upstairs bedroom while serving as a buffer for the entire gîte. Also enjoy the outdoor space including a private terrace with barbecue area offering breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Lot valley.

Your vacation is off to a good start, your beds will be made and the bottle of Famaey rosé will be chilled for your arrival.
- Each cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrivals are from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.
- On the day of departure, the gîte must be available from 10:30 a.m. max.
- When booking a deposit of 30% is requested.
- The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 300 euros is requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after the inventory of fixtures.
- Flat rate of 50€ will be requested for the final cleaning.
- Possibility of renting towels.
- We can provide you with a baby cot and a baby chair provided you request it when booking. The gîte must be tidy, repaired and swept.
- Smoking is prohibited in the gîte.
- When booking, a rental contract will be sent by the owner with all the necessary information.
- Each rental contract will take effect upon receipt of the deposit check.
